Toilets
Flappers and fill valves cure a runner. A wobbly toilet needs a fresh wax ring. If the porcelain has cracked, only a new toilet will do.
Self-refilling toilets, midnight drips, showers that run cold and jammed disposals are everyday fixture problems we repair or replace.
Quick repairs stop water being wasted, and they protect the floor and cabinet below. We handle these jobs for homes all over Michigan.

Inside a dripping faucet, a cartridge, washer or seat has worn out. We repair it when parts exist and fit a new one when they don’t.
Temperature swings and a dripping spout suggest a tired cartridge. If no parts exist, we replace the whole valve through the wall.
A hum with no grinding means a jam, and a leaking body means a new unit. We free it, reset it or replace it.
Check each sink and toilet for a working shutoff and a sound supply hose. A sticky valve or a bulging hose is best replaced on the same visit.
Other pages may fit better. Drain cleaning suits a slow sink or tub, and leak detection and slab leaks suits a damp floor with no obvious cause. Everything else is on the main page.
Tell us the fixture and its symptom, and where the job allows we quote free by phone.
